This approach makes it possible to prevent conflicts between different technical systems and other problems, as well as to introduce improvements.
The digital model provides space for handling details – it enables fitting the complex technical systems of a modern building into a small space.
In the design process, a BIM model of the digital twin is developed, which makes it possible to obtain a large amount of information about different products and quantities as an input to the procurement process.
